CompensationThe salary range for this position is $65,600 to $88,560. Compensation is based on location and experience.

As our Paid Search Specialist, youll take the lead on strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid search campaigns. Youll work closely with the digital team to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing goals, while continuously testing and refining to improve performance. Youll also collaborate cross-functionally to inform ad copy, landing page experience, and measurement strategy.
From uncovering new keyword opportunities to crafting high-converting campaigns, youll be at the forefront of how we show up in search and how we turn curiosity into conversions.

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners.

Work ScheduleThis is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
