For Future Team Members - outdoor activities abound, and exceptional climate and flexible scheduling allow for work-life balance. As a cook, you will prepare and serve meals, oversee foodservice operation, and ensures adequate food and supplies are available. You will:
- Prepare and serve food to residents within the scheduled timeframe
- Follow menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions made on proper form
- Clean and maintains a neat, safe working environment, including the kitchen and food service areas
- Comply with state sanitation codes
- Maintain inventory control, places food orders, verifies that items are received appropriately, and restock appropriately
- Ensure that resident food preferences are known and followed
You Currently:
- Can obtain a Food Handlers card. Meet all mandatory health requirements by state regulations
- Read, write, speak and understand English
