- Use scanners to track what's in and out (easy to learn, we'll show you)
- Utilize material handling equipment as needed
- Stay active on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep up the pace
- Stick to safety rules - your crew depends on it
- Double-check labels and counts so nothing gets missed
- Show up ready to hustle and knock out the day's goals
- Work side-by-side with your team and back each other up
- Step up for overtime or extra shifts when it counts
