- Have earned a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 2+ years of community experience or administrative position
- Assist in the community center and planning
- Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, admin, parents, and community
- Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Highly motivated result-driven individual
- Hold other credentials or alternatives to the above found ot be acceptable equivalents
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing as necessary
- Bilingual (Spanish) candidates preferred
