General Responsibility:
Reportsto assignedB2BSales and Development Manager.
Focused ongrowing revenue and margin byretainingexisting, targeted customersin an assigned territory.
Utilizes company supplied equipment,existing IT systems,and business processesto prepare purchase documentsfor customers.
Follows up on allreferralleadstomaximizeselling efforts.
Works directly with customers virtually orthrough visitations at Clubs or at theirbusiness location(s).
Ability to work in a fast -paced environmentthat will include some data entry tasks for preparing customer orders.

Responsibilities:
Communicate BJ'sB2Bbusinessmodel and value to clients
Connect with clients in person, via zoom/teams, email,or phone to understand their business model and needs to increase efficiency and incrementalsales
Collect and analyze client data to learn and discern clientbehavior
Build client relationships thatmaintaincurrent categories of business while also expanding into new categories andarticles
Collaborate with internal departments and stake holders to facilitateclient's needsandfulfillment
Ability to keep accuratecustomerrecords
Discover and maintaindeepknowledge of BJ's products,services,and value proposition
Resolve client complaints, assistin returns orrefunds,and preventadditionalissues by improving processes
Maintain awareness of markets, industry trends,competitor activities and client problemsto communicateappropriate recommendationsto management staff

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in sales, communications, or related fieldpreferred.

What Doesan Account Manager Do?
Ensure client needs are understood and satisfied
Build and manage client relationships
Grow year-over-year revenue and margin dollars in an assigned territory.
Collect and discern information to ensure BJ's offerings meet the individual needs of client
Teach, coach,and motivate clients to implement strategies and tactics that deliver the entire BJ'squote-to-cash process in a mutually beneficial,profitablemanner
Utilize Salesforce to maximize clientengagement
Execute monthly and quarterly reviews withclients
Leverage article promotions to engage clients and drive high volume sales
Account Manager Experience and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
2-5 years proven sales experience in the same or a related field
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
