Job Description :

Diverse Staffing is currently seeking a corporate recruiting executive with experience in managing and implementing recruitment automation and Ai platforms.

As the National Director Recruitment Strategy at Diverse, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, leading and optimizing a high-volume nationwide recruiting strategy. Your experience leading high-volume, multi-state, entry and associate level recruiting with solid analytics and data-driven process improvements will be critical to success in this role.

The National Director Recruitment Strategy will be the primary influencer for adoption of automation, Ai-powered sourcing, and on-going updates to data-informed strategies. You will be fully accountable for consistently delivering qualified applicants for all client-facing staffing assignments, including temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles as well as leadership support for internal talent acquisition.

The successful candidate will combine visionary thinking with strong analytical expertise to architect national recruitment strategies, leverage technology for scale, and ensure continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic design and execution of a national digital sourcing strategy across all staffing verticals.
  • Implement and optimize automation and AI-powered recruitment tools to drive candidate acquisition and engagement at scale.
  • Manage performance-driven campaigns across multi-channel job boards, social media, programmatic platforms, and organic channels.
  • Build and refine automated outreach workflows (email, SMS, AI voice tools) to maximize candidate engagement.
  • Monitor advertising spend, ROI, and funnel performance, making data-informed adjustments to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze and report on key recruiting metrics to guide executive decision-making and process optimization.
  • Serve as a mentor and thought leader for staffing teams nationwide, elevating recruiting performance and consistency.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and compliance with sourcing/advertising platforms.
  • Champion candidate journey mapping and process automation to enhance the applicant experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital recruitment marketing, sourcing, or talent acquisition strategy.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role with national accountability for recruitment delivery
  • Hands on experience with ATS/CRM platforms, recruiting automation tools, voice Ai and recruiting analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic workflows, journeys, advertising, job board optimization, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills with executive-level presentation ability.
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated success in building reports, interpreting data, and driving strategic outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience buying, implementing and managing Ai sourcing and recruitment platforms.
  • Background in temporary staffing or light industrial recruiting.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or high-growth environments.
