Spherion is hiring a Part-Time Administrative/Marketing Assistant for our client in Parsippany, NJ!

Position Details:
- Location: Parsippany, NJ (in-office with occasional travel to client sites)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, part-time hours (flexible within 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Pay: Up to $25/hour + mileage stipend
- Type: Part-time, in-office
What You'll Do:
- Design and create marketing materials (flyers, social media graphics, newsletters) using Canva or similar platforms.
- Assist in planning and supporting networking events.
- Maintain consistent branding across marketing campaigns.
- Support daily administrative tasks: sales report compilation, client follow-ups, email management, and calendar scheduling.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
- Collaborate with the business development team and provide additional support as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design/marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry is a plus.
- Experience in title or real estate is strongly preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable traveling locally for client visits and events.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
