We are seeking a Production Specialist to join a growing team in the natural supplements industry. This role is critical in supporting the production and operations function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple stages of the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor raw materials for production, ensuring proper sourcing, quality control, and timely availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and internal teams to maintain seamless production schedules.
- Review production documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Track and report on inventory, batch records, and production timelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or supply chain (nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food industry strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of raw materials handling and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with production tracking systems, ERP software, or equivalent tools.
