Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Marietta, GA. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing construction sites, ensuring safety compliance, utilizing strong organizational skills, overseeing budgeting, and managing project timelines. As we prepare to launch several new projects — ground-up facilities ranging from 20,000 to 40,000 sq. ft. — we are looking to expand our leadership capacity with an additional Superintendent.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively on-site
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (not required)
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in ground-up construction
• A proven track record managing large-scale projects from start to finish
• Experience in automotive dealership construction (preferred not required)
• Familiarity with pre-engineered metal buildings (a plus)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
