Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a dual Estimator, Project Manager position located in Cedar Hill, TX. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project plans and specifications, preparing cost estimates, and working closely with other departments to ensure accurate project bids. Daily tasks will include reviewing and interpreting plans, conducting material take-offs, and sourcing pricing for various project components. The Estimator will also be involved in preparing bid documentation and ensuring all estimates comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimating and financial analysis
• Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of construction and traffic management practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience in the construction industry is a requirement
