Responsibilities: Provide overall leadership and direction for the facility, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care. Oversee daily operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions. Cultivate a positive, team-oriented culture that supports staff engagement, professional growth, and retention. Partner with residents, families, and community stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and strengthen community relationships. Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and execute strategies for continued success and growth. Qualifications: Current WI Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification required. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
