Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to guide and inspire our nursing department. In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations, driving quality initiatives, and ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and compassion. Primary Duties: Lead and support nursing staff, promoting a positive and team-oriented workplace. Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations, achieving strong survey outcomes. Work closely with other departments to design and execute individualized care plans. Evaluate clinical performance and spearhead continuous improvement efforts. Oversee nurse staffing, hiring, and retention strategies. Hold regular department meetings, facilitate staff training, and complete performance reviews. Qualifications: Current RN license in New Jersey. At least 2 years of nursing management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Demonstrated success in meeting quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
