How Youll Help Transform Healthcare: Performs coordination and analytical tasks in support of Carilion Property Management. Works under minimal supervision using critical thinking to take appropriate action, set priorities and meet deadlines. Provides guidance to clerical staff. Handles cleaning contracts ensuring they meet the standards of Corporate Compliance. Performs cleaning inspections to ensure contractor performance is in compliance with Property Management specifications and cleaning products used are in compliance with Infection Control. Maintains a complex spreadsheet to ensure that all current and new employees of all contracted janitorial companies provide a confidentiality form and background check for each of their employees according to Carilion Internal Audit standards. Background checks will be used to determine if each employee meets the requirements to work in a Carilion Clinic building.
