- Recruit volunteers
- Oversee all bell ringers
- Change kettles when needed
- Organizing the drop off and pick up of kettles within Rock County
- Prepare bell ringing equipment
- Supervise volunteer drivers
- May be asked to assist in other seasonal tasks as well
- Able to work Monday through Saturday as needed
