Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (some evenings and weekends as needed) Pay Rate: Annual earning potential of $100,000 - 110,000 annually plus bonus opportunities

Requirements:
- 5+ years in a General Manager or very similar role
- Associate's degree or higher (business or related field preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Preferred:
- Background in the skilled trades is strongly preferred
- 8-10 years of management experience in skilled trades
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience managing P&L and job costing
- QuickBooks or similar financial software proficiency
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day company operations, including sales, service, installation, and administration
- Lead and mentor department managers, handling hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Develop and implement operational standards and policies across departments
- Monitor key financials including billing, cash flow, and productivity reports
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and track team performance against goals
- Negotiate vendor contracts, pricing, and project agreements
- Resolve interdepartmental and customer issues not settled at the manager level
- Ensure company meets ownership's strategic and financial goals
- Represent the company in commercial project sales, estimating, contracts, and purchasing as needed
- Support efficiency improvements in coordination with office and operations leaders
