Overview
Crinetics Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Executive Director, Pharmaceutical Operations to oversee and drive critical aspects of Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) within our pharmaceutical operations. Reporting to senior leadership, this role is responsible for CMC project management, budgeting, contract negotiations, resource allocation, and driving operational excellence. This role will leverage extensive pharmaceutical operations experience, financial expertise, Six Sigma training, and exceptional relationship management skills to optimize collaboration with CDMOs and other partners.
Position Summary
The Executive Director, Pharmaceutical Operations will oversee and drive critical aspects of CMC within Crinetics' pharmaceutical operations. This role includes CMC project management, budgeting, contract negotiations, resource allocation, and driving operational excellence. The individual will work with CDMOs and other partners to optimize collaboration and ensure regulatory compliance, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The candidate should bring extensive pharmaceutical operations experience, financial acumen, Six Sigma training, and strong relationship management skills.

Total Compensation
The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience and education. Crinetics Pharmaceuticals is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states. Salary Range
The salary range for this position is: $257,000 - $321,000.
