Village Ranch Child & Family Services is seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to provide therapeutic services and support for adolescents in our residential treatment facility for adolescents with mental health conditions, and working with clients in the Cokato, Rochester and Hutchinson, Minnesota communities in an outpatient setting. We are hiring at multiple locations. This role requires you to work directly with residents and their families providing individual, group, and family therapy and collaborating with client's treatment team and group home staff.
NOTE: Our Cokato and Annandale locations are also seeking a School-Based Therapist
Job Overview:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the mental health services for clients
- Conduct Diagnostic Assessments and develop related treatment plans in accordance with DHS CTSS requirements.
- Work collaboratively with treatment team including county workers, parents, skills worker, and residential staff.
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address clients' needs.
- Provide parent updates, weekly reports, and support toward treatment plan goals
- Provide support in crisis situations and de-escalate disruptive behavior
- Maintain ongoing, timely, and high quality documentation of services
- Attend staffings for residential clients
- Flexible schedule with a billable requirement
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Mental Health field
- Must be licensed or on licensure track for one of the following: LPCC, LP, LMFT, LICSW
- Experience working with adolescents
- Able to complete timely and accurate documentation in an Electronic Medical Record system
- Prior experience working with individuals in residential settings (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Minnesota Therapist in training.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Minnesota Licensed Therapist.
(Pay is based off experience and billable requirements.)
