Summary
We are recruiting an Industrial Engineer II to support operational efficiency and process improvement across our client's data center operations. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing systems and workflows to enhance safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in manufacturing or logistics and is capable of independently leading mid-sized projects with moderate supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve operational processes to increase throughput, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for production and logistics-related issues.
- Support the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Facilities, IT, Logistics, and Operations—to deploy scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain standard work instructions, process documentation, and training materials.
- Use data analytics tools to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with new equipment installations, layout planning, and capacity modeling.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality compliance standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or a related role.
- Proficiency in process mapping, time studies, and data analysis techniques.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate and manage cross-functional projects.
