Branch Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay Rate: $50,000 to $60,000/yr BOE
Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We are immediately hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Branch Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role focuses on overseeing daily branch operations, including managing recruiters, developing client relationships, and implementing strategies to grow the branch. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting individuals with the right job opportunities.
Branch Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of recruiters, setting performance goals and fostering a productive work environment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, generate new leads, attract clients, and close deals to increase branch revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their staffing needs, and provide customized workforce solutions.
- Manage daily office activities, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the efficient execution of recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Oversee the branch's profit and loss, manage budgets, and analyze financial reports to drive profitability.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competition, and implement effective strategies to achieve business goals and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure the branch adheres to company policies, employment laws, and industry regulations.
Branch Manager Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 1–2 years of related experience in recruiting or staffing.
- Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve targets
- Experience with recruiting strategies and an understanding of the talent acquisition process.
- Proven sales skills and the ability to close deals and negotiate contracts.
- Strong computer skills with experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Hands-on experience with interviewing, candidate assessments, and reference checks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) language skills are a plus, but not required.
