Include:Adherence to HIPAA and maintains the confidentiality and security of TTUHSC information/data. Have a working knowledge of data entry in the EMR/ EHR system with good computer skills. Data entry and communication in the EMR/ EHR is accurate and timely. Maintain a current BLS/ CPR certificate/training. Complete all required training by the deadlines identified by the organization, leadership, and supervisor. Reports data, identifies and reports alterations in patient responses to assist in the identification of problems and formulation of goals by the health care team. Attend and participate in meetings identified. Takes and records accurate vital signs and measurements. Assists in determining the physical and mental health status, needs, and preferences of culturally, ethnically, and socially diverse patients and their families.
