Ready to lead with purpose? We're looking for a dedicated RN Unit Manager to join our clinical leadership team at Highland Park Rehab and help elevate care standards in a supportive, resident-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
As an RN Unit Manager, you will:
- Oversee and coordinate resident care on your assigned unit
- Ensure the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being for all residents
- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff
- Investigate and report incidents promptly, ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, committees, and staff development
- Help implement new clinical policies and procedures based on identified needs
Qualifications:
- Current RN license (active & unencumbered in this state)
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a long-term care or subacute setting required
- 5+ years of total nursing experience preferred
- Nursing degree from an accredited program preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
