JOB SUMMARY The Project Specialist performs a full range of varied, multi-skilled secretarial, clerical, and administrative support that requires creativity, and independent, discretionary judgment. The Project Specialist will routinely work with large data sets and perform complex analyses that will drive business decisions. This Project Specialist works alongside and assists the Operations/Continuous Improvement Managers, Directors and VP of Operations to perform project management duties that support the initiation, planning, execution and completion of projects. Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in business, management, operations, administration, or similar field or equivalent work experience. Experience Two to three years previous administrative work and analytics *Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements * • Robust understanding of advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as LOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, & Sumifs. • Strong organization skills and attention to detail will be critical. • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records • Solid computer skills including solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Presents a positive attitude. • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced working environment. • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to be flexible with changes in schedule and locations • Ability to navigate through ambiguity to achieve results With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
