Check out our candidates' success stories! Job Description: We are seeking a professional and reliable Administrative Assistant to join a mental health walk-in clinic in Philadelphia, PA. This role is responsible for managing the front desk and handling various administrative duties to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and provides high-quality support to both staff and clients. This is a 1099 contract position lasting 13 weeks, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused healthcare setting. Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in clients as they arrive at the clinic
  • Answer incoming calls, provide information, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Assist clients with intake forms and documentation
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records (digital and paper)
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
  • Support clinical staff with general administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (required)
  • Prior experience in front desk, administrative, or healthcare office roles preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and handling confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office technology
