Lead project teams by setting clear objectives, decision-making processes, and schedules Establish effective communication methods for team meetings and client interactions Empower team members through motivation, conflict resolution, and feedback Collaborate on the development and maintenance of project schedules and budgets Monitor project performance metrics related to scope, schedule, budget, and quality What is Required (Qualifications):
BS degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering or Science field 4-8 years of experience in Project Management with increasing responsibility Experience managing project scopes ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months Proficiency in standard computer programs, including MS Office and MS Project Scheduling tools How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
MS and/or MBA degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering or Science field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) Previous supervisory or mentoring experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
