WHY WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUAs the Digital Marketing Manager at Retool, youll create and execute our digital marketing strategy, support our broader Demand Gen integrated campaigns motion to accelerate pipeline, and scale marketing channels while promoting our product and content efforts. We are a fast-paced startup with room to experiment and create immediate impact, and youll wear different hats across many teams at Retool.
Youll plan, execute and manage digital programs like webinars, content syndication, review sites and Retool's presence across forums to drive sign-ups and generate leads. Youll coordinate with internal teams such as Integrated Campaigns, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing and Operations to ensure our digital strategy is aligned to campaigns and messaging in market. Your north-star KPI will measure both quality and quantity as a contribution to the pipeline from newlogo, expansion and upsell motions.
As part of a rapidly scaling team setting the marketing strategy, you will have the opportunity to assist in other areas of demand generation and growth as they arise. Youll work with almost every Retool team, partnering most often with marketers, designers, finance, and go-to-market teams to execute campaigns at scale. Retool values in-person collaboration and has a hybrid work arrangement in San Francisco, three days a week.
WHAT YOU'LL DOFor candidates based in the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, the pay range(s) for this role in each zone is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings (OTE) for commissionable roles.
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Retool and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors such as (but not limited to), scope and responsibilities, the candidates experience and qualifications, and location.
Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity, and/or commission/bonuses are dependent on the position offered. Retool provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
