BASIC PURPOSE

The Staffing Specialist is responsible for fulfilling client orders within the region. The role involves providing high-quality candidates to meet client needs, thereby driving revenue, gross profit, and market share.

Essential Functions
  • Fulfill client orders within the region.
  • Update orders in the system and coordinate with sourcing and recruitment teams.
  • Engage with clients for ongoing needs, build relationships, and explore diversification opportunities.
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals (HCP).
  • Achieve activity and productivity metrics.
  • Partner with clients to determine staffing requirements and offer assignments to qualified staff.
  • Manage open orders, expedite interviews and offers to support regional performance.
  • Stay informed about hospital file requirements and communicate changes.
  • Maintain communication with candidates and clients to foster positive relationships.
  • Address candidate and client concerns promptly, upholding our standards of excellence.
  • Conduct visits to increase brand recognition and networking.
  • Interview, screen, and evaluate applicants.
  • Monitor staff performance and client needs through regular follow-ups.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of related experience, preferably in staffing.
  • Proficiency with computers; experience with databases or automated programs is a plus.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Company-provided equipment will be supplied for employment.
