As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and executing new growth opportunities across markets and technologies. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring close collaboration with product, engineering, and executive teams. You will establish and nurture key partnerships, develop go-to-market strategies, and help shape commercial contracts to maximize business impact. Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, you will have the autonomy to turn ambiguous opportunities into actionable plans, contributing directly to revenue growth and market expansion.
AccountabilitiesSource, develop, and manage strategic relationships with customers and partners.
Identify new market opportunities and areas for commercial growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to craft and oversee delivery of partner and customer contracts.
Build pricing, collaboration, and engagement models to support negotiations and partner strategies.
Develop and propose go-to-market strategies and financial models.
Analyze the competitive landscape and provide input on strategic positioning.
Maintain relationships with key customers and partners to foster long-term growth.
5+ years of business development or similar experience in technology sectors such as AI/robotics, mobility, IoT, semiconductors, or sensors.
Proven track record of generating significant B2B wins.
Strong self-starter with the ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into actionable plans.
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and able to drive initiatives to completion.

Competitive salary range: $89,550 - $123,300 per year.
