Recruiter Position
The Kelly Group is seeking an experienced recruiter for its Decatur, Illinois location. Candidates should have a minimum of three to five years of recruiting experience, preferably in the construction industry. This position requires the ability to perform these essential duties:
Daily recruiting efforts to source and track qualified candidates through company website, job boards, trade schools, technical training programs, referrals, etc. Serve as primary point of contact for all candidates and facilitate any interviews and screenings Maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor Demonstrate strong computer and communication skills Demonstrate knowledge of OFCCP compliance and employment laws across multiple states Other preferred qualifications sought include:
- PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP certifications and/or bachelor's degree
- Experience hiring for construction, fabrication, craft worker and hard-to-fill positions
