Interviews will be in-person at our office. Open interviews: Every Thursday 10:00am to 11:00am. Proper interview attire required to be interviewed. DRESS TO IMPRESS!!!

Interview Location: 141 Market Place (intersection of Jerome and Market Place) Suite 108 Fairview Heights, Illinois 62208 Call 618-###-#### for any questions (Press option for Sherrico or Adam). Will need to be available for 2nd and 3rd shifts including weekends and holidays. Monday to Friday and/or day shift positions are not available.

Security Officer Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a PERC Security Officer License in the State of Illinois.
• Must be able to walk on uneven terrain and walk up/down flights of stairs. This position is about 75% to 80% standing/walking.
• This position will be about 75% to 80% of the time outside.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record needed. This is a driving site. (All our positions will include driver certification).
• Have reliable transportation (Public transportation is generally not available at our various site locations).
• Have reliable working communication device (cell phone).
• Have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED or be willing to complete the GED program within six months.
• Average computer skills needed, above average computer skills a plus.
• Have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!!
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must have great diligence and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
