Veterinary Receptionist at Grass Lake Animal Hospital

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greeting clients (both two- and four-legged) with warmth and positivity
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and keeping our days running smoothly
• Assisting with client communications, records, and payments
• Being the calm in the chaosbecause pets don't always read the schedule
• Supporting our doctors and technicians by keeping the front desk efficient and welcoming

What We're Looking For:

• A people-person who loves animals
• Strong multitasking skills (bonus if you can pet a dog and type at the same time)
• Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous veterinary or customer service experience is a plusbut we're happy to train the right person with the right attitude!
