Job Details- Registered Nurse position in Skilled Nursing Unit at Southern TN Hospital.
- Role involves working in a 12-bed Skilled Nursing Unit (SNU) within a comprehensive medical facility.
- Facility includes a 10-bed ICU, 12-bed Geriatric Psychiatry Unit, 12-bed Acute Inpatient Physical Rehabilitation Unit, Skilled Nursing Unit, Sleep Lab, Cardiac Cath Lab, five OR Suites, two Endoscopy Suites, and a 13-bay Emergency Room.
- The position serves all ages and requires professional demeanor.
Job Requirements- Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in Tennessee.
- Required certifications prior to start: ACLS, BLS, HWC.
- Client reserves the right to require additional certifications as per LPNT checklist.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience.
- Must be able to float as needed.
Schedule Information- Shift details provided; weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
- Weekend hours every other week or as needed.
- Call requirements as needed.
- Orientation is weekly on Mondays.
