Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- New York State license (LMSW/LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or Psychologist)
- DOC and PREA clearance required
- Experience with adults with behavioral problems, substance use, or severe mental illness preferred
- Inpatient or related experience preferred
Job Duties
- Conduct mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, and follow-up care
- Coordinate appropriate level of care and discharge planning with Reentry Social Workers
- Develop and lead group treatment on observation and general units
- Participate in clinical supervision, treatment planning, rounds, and case conferences
- Collaborate with DOC to ensure access, housing, and treatment disposition
- Complete documentation and statistical reports as required
- May conduct psychological testing and supervise interns/student volunteers

- Patient population: Incarcerated adult men
- Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday – Friday
