The primary purpose of the Staffing Specialist is to perform assigned duties in an efficient manner, in accordance with established procedures to assure that staffing and scheduling are maintained to improve workflow and reduce operational costs. In this position, the Staffing Specialist will handle a variety of clerical and administrative related duties within the Resource Office. The responsibilities include organizing files, prepare documents, maintain staffing and scheduling and support staff in all departments. The Staffing Specialist must provide professional, efficient, quality customer service at all times. WORKING CONDITIONS: Variable Day and Evening Shift including weekends Subject to changes in working shifts. Lunch periods and breaks must always be coordinated with other staff members to maintain adequate coverage. Works in well lighted, ventilated areas.
