We are looking for Machine Operators to join a leading manufacturer in Peterborough, New Hampshire. As a direct hire, you will be responsible for setting up machines used to manufacture high-stakes applications that support national defense and aerospace efforts.
Key Responsibilities - Machine Operator:
- Set up Machines according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that all assemblies meet strict standards.
- Follow standard procedures for handling, inspecting, and testing components.
- Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure that all required documentation is completed.
Required Skills & Experience - Machine Operator:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
