Position Overview
- Full-time & onsite
- 3rd shift
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership over the sanitation team
- Conduct training on sanitation procedures, quality, safety, and chemicals
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, HAACP, PPE, USDA, FDA, SQF, and OSHA
- Maintain sanitation logs and reporting
- Establish sanitation SOPs and KPIs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including managing a team
- Ability to work the 3rd shift plus weekends as needed
- Experience in a Food & Beverage manufacturing environment
- Mechanical skills and understanding of equipment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
