Agent recruiter: Prospecting up to 50 or more recruits a day and convincing them to meet our managers through cold calls and warm leads. Pipeline builder: Using our resources to build and maintain a continuous flow of candidates. Reliable responder: Promptly replying to team members and prospective agents. Consistent collaborator: Communicating constantly and effectively with team members, ensuring integrity of applicant tracking system data. Team player: Building relationships with our managers, understanding their business needs and earning their trust to help them achieve business goals. Technology adopter: Achieving success by effectively using business analysis and communication tools, including Teams, Skype, Facetime, WebEx, iProspect and SalesForce.
Experience: At least one year working in a call center or telemarketing environment; telephone prospecting and real estate industry knowledge a plus. Sales savvy: Prior work in a sales role, proven ability to quickly build relationships, understand needs and obtain their agreement. Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools and CRM systems. Communication skills: Excellent verbal, written and listening skills to convincingly sell our opportunity.
