Quality Packaging – Production Worker

Openings: 4 Positions Available

Pay Rate:

  • 2nd Shift: $22/hour

  • 3rd Shift: $23/hour

Job Summary:

This role supports pharmaceutical packaging operations by ensuring product quality, accuracy, and compliance with manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weigh finished products to detect missing components

  • Clear line culls and document discarded materials

  • Prepare, inspect, and package finished goods into shippers

  • Fill cartons, carriers, or shippers with product, labels, literature, or applicators

  • Clean machines during or after operation

  • Follow SOPs, GDP, safety policies, and cGMP standards

  • Verify lot codes and expiration dates on packaging components and finished goods

Must-Have Skills:

  • Bilingual in Spanish

  • At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or GMP-regulated production

  • Experience with machine operation in a production environment

  • Familiarity with packaging processes and quality assurance procedures

  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

  • Ability to follow written instructions and maintain documentation accurately

Preferred Skills:

  • Bottling, batching, blending, compounding

  • General labor and production line experience

  • Inspection and mixing

Shift Schedule:

  • Training (Required):

  • 1st Shift: 6:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (4 weeks)

  • Post-Training Options (Based on Availability):

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:45 p.m.

  • 3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.

  • Breaks:

  • 45-minute lunch

  • Two 15-minute breaks

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
