Quality Packaging – Production Worker

Pay Rate:
2nd Shift: $22/hour
3rd Shift: $23/hour
Job Summary:
This role supports pharmaceutical packaging operations by ensuring product quality, accuracy, and compliance with manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Weigh finished products to detect missing components
Clear line culls and document discarded materials
Prepare, inspect, and package finished goods into shippers
Fill cartons, carriers, or shippers with product, labels, literature, or applicators
Clean machines during or after operation
Follow SOPs, GDP, safety policies, and cGMP standards
Verify lot codes and expiration dates on packaging components and finished goods
Must-Have Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish
At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or GMP-regulated production
Experience with machine operation in a production environment
Familiarity with packaging processes and quality assurance procedures
Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Ability to follow written instructions and maintain documentation accurately
Preferred Skills:
Bottling, batching, blending, compounding
General labor and production line experience
Inspection and mixing
Shift Schedule:
Training (Required):
1st Shift: 6:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (4 weeks)
Post-Training Options (Based on Availability):
2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:45 p.m.
3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.
Breaks:
45-minute lunch
Two 15-minute breaks
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
