Press Operator - Manufacturing Facility About the Role. We are seeking a motivated Press Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial press machines to produce high-quality rubber and plastic products used across a variety of industries. Responsibilities. Operate and monitor press machines to meet daily production goals. Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met. Adjust machine controls to maintain smooth and efficient operations. Work with the quality control team to resolve production issues. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Qualifications. Previous machine operator or press operator experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety procedures.
