The Director of Operations and Administration at the Rutgers UniversityCamden School of Nursing (SNC) will closely collaborate with the Dean, serving as a key member of the leadership team. This role involves providing leadership, communications management, strategy execution, operations management, planning, organizational assessment, and coordination of day-to-day oversight of school operations. This position is common in other schools across campus thus mirrors the areas of responsibility. Working with the Dean, Senior Associate Deans, Associate Deans, Business Manager, and Department Chairs, the Director will develop and execute strategic communication and direction for enhance operational efficiencies and maximize resources. Responsibilities include coordinating operations, facilities, human resources, security, and managing special projects as directed by the Dean.
