: Job Details :

Assist scheduling and review pending background checks, TB tests and other tasks for new hires and complete needed steps. Contacting candidates and leadership with updates. Scan documents for each new hire creating their employee file. Update job postings as needed to entice candidates to apply to openings. Effectively communicate in both verbal and written form maintaining professional conduct and confidentiality. Must be willing to work in office 2-3 days per week and travel to events as needed.
