Facilitates story sizing during planning, backlog grooming, and sprint sessions for 1-2 teams. Develops and maintains relationships with business owners, product owners, sponsors, vendors, and clients. Leads Agile ceremonies with a focus on delivery analytics and dependencies across teams. Uses velocity data to assist teams with commitments and delivery forecasts. Analyzes delivery patterns, cascade impacts, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. Monitors work progression, identifies deviations, and reports on delivery health. Develops dashboards for insights into team performance and project risks. Critical Information On-site at Charlotte, NC; other locations include Detroit, MI. Job duration: 2 months with potential extensions. Shift/hours: Standard work hours; remote work not available. Education/ Licenses Needed Proficiency in Python, Power Automate, and SQL. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Experience with Power.
