Director of Maintenance Based in Jamaica (Caribbean Travel Required)

Im partnering with a confidential Caribbean hospitality group seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Director of Maintenance to lead their regional maintenance operations. This role will be based in Jamaica with regular travel to other islands where the company has multiple locations.

• Salary Range: $80,000$120,000 USD (based on experience)

What they are looking for:

• Strong technical knowledge, especially in kitchen equipment, hot line, and refrigeration systems
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and coordinating with on-site maintenance managers
• Hands-on approach to preventative maintenance, logistics, and operational planning
• Comfortable overseeing the administrative side of maintenance, including parts inventory and vendor management
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Caribbean
