Critical Care Transport Specialist

Transporting patients is a critical role within our healthcare system. As a Patient Transporter, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safe and timely movement of patients to their beds and other areas within the hospital.

Key responsibilities include adhering to established safety procedures, maintaining transportation equipment, and utilizing knowledge of patient safety, basic transportation skills, infection control processes, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate should have excellent prioritization skills, the ability to lift or move heavy objects, and awareness of patient safety protocols.

Requirements:

• A High School Diploma is required for this position.
• Licenses/Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.
• Work Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week, with 8 hours per day.
