Senior Technology Manager – Analytics & Automation (Hybrid)

Location: Jersey City, NJ | Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Salary: $190,000 – $240,000 annually

The Role

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Technology Manager to lead our Network Operations Analytics & Automation team. This critical role is responsible for driving advanced analytics, AI-driven automation, and operational improvements at a global scale. You will define and execute strategies to enhance network performance, reduce downtime, and deliver reliable, data-driven solutions across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a high-performing global team of analysts and software engineers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement an analytics and automation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive automation-first strategies that reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and enhance operational reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and industry standards.
  • Establish KPIs and service-level objectives to measure operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to align strategy, manage stakeholders, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Champion an inclusive, healthy, and high-performing team culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Deep knowledge of network protocols, automation technologies, AI/ML-driven observability platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Terraform, Itential, NetDevOps, Splunk, Python, React JS, Django, MySQL, Redis).
  • Experience with custom application development, advanced analytics, and data science.
  • Proven track record of leading global teams in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of public and hybrid cloud networking.
  • Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM practices.
