Juice Holler is a new, locally-owned cold-pressed juice and superfood bar in downtown Encinitas, CA. We're on a mission to nourish our community from the inside out—and we're building a values-driven team that embodies transparency, sustainability, and real human connection. We're looking for a General Manager with strong leadership skills and experience in food service operations to help shape our culture, grow our team, and lead our daily operations with care and intention. Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of Juice Holler's operations—from customer service and team leadership to financial performance and inventory management.
- Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience and respond to customer feedback.
- Lead, train, schedule, and support team members.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and food handling standards.
- Manage inventory ordering and vendor relationships.
- Monitor and report on weekly, monthly, and annual sales and expenses.
- Hire and onboard new employees.
- Create and adjust schedules based on labor goals and customer traffic.
- Drive a positive, inclusive team culture.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role (restaurant, café, or food/beverage environment).
- Experience managing both front and back of house operations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets or P&L.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in a juice bar or health food concept is a plus.
- Available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
- Pay range: $58,711 – $70,706 per year.
