We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader within compensation and benefits to lead the overall strategy across our organization and affiliate entities. This individual will own and direct a highly complex compensation matrix which encompasses a truly unparalleled range of employee demographics across diverse sectors. We are looking for someone that understands how to design and administer compensation architectures that emphasize visibility and create opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that support organizational growth and operational complexity.
- Evaluate and refine U.S. and international compensation structures, including salary bands and incentive plans, using external benchmarking and internal data.
- Oversee compensation design, pay equity analysis, offer reviews, and the administration of annual planning cycles.
- Maintain ownership of compensation guidelines in collaboration with Recruiting, applying them to job architecture and offer practices.
- Manage benefits operations, including plan design, renewals, and compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for compensation- and benefits-related inquiries from HR leaders and people managers.
- Contribute directly to technical infrastructure, including job leveling frameworks, compensation analytics, and plan documentation.
Requirements
- At least 10 years in HR with specialization in compensation, benefits, and operations.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated experience with compensation design, benchmarking methodologies, and compliance across U.S. and international jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with administering and scaling benefit offerings and vendor platforms.
- Strong background in compensation tools, data analytics, and reporting systems.
- Ability to execute strategic priorities while contributing to tactical deliverables such as pay bands and policy implementation.
