- Will be 80% in GSO office, 20% Burlington Distribution Center
- Needs: Excel skills, MS Office, work with a WMS or finished good ERP system
- Experience within a Distribution Center
DETAILS
- Oversees the entire order fulfillment process, from when an order is placed to when it's delivered, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Key responsibilities include monitoring order status, managing inventory, coordinating with warehouse staff and shipping partners, resolving issues, and utilizing order management systems (OMS) to optimize operations and provide real-time visibility into the order lifecycle.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identifying and resolving issues such as late deliveries, incorrect items, or out-of-stock situations.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills needed to provide updates to customers on their order status and addressing any concerns or inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
- Data Accuracy: Maintaining accuracy in order details, customer information, and shipping addresses.
Hours are 7:00AM to 3:00PM, M-F
Location: HQ in central Greensboro and Distribution Center in Burlington NC
