Base pay range

$135,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

About the role

Our client, a highly regarded Real Estate Investment firm based in San Francisco, is looking to welcome an experienced Lease Administration Manager in their corporate office. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative organization, and work closely with cross-functional partners. Hybrid schedule with 3 days/week in San Francisco's Financial District.

What you\'ll do

• Review leases, understanding terms and ensuring they have been properly accounted for within the system
• Work closely with Asset Management, Property Management, and Property Accounting
• Oversee the AR process
• Supervise lease administration team

What you\'ll bring

• 4+ years experience in lease administration on the landlord side
• 3+ years of managerial experience
• Working knowledge of MRI
• Responsible Unlimited PTO
