Overview

As Business Development Director for the healthcare dining segment, you'll lead innovation, bringing world-class dining solutions to hospitals, health systems, senior living, and behavioral health facilities nationwide.

If you excel at building system-level relationships, understand healthcare decision-makers, and can navigate complex sales environments—especially through GPOs—this is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven, high-growth organization.

What You'll Do

Drive Growth in Healthcare

  • Sell dining solutions into hospitals, IDNs, regional health systems, senior living, and behavioral health facilities
  • Pursue opportunities through direct outreach, healthcare networks, and GPO partnerships
  • Lead the full sales process—from discovery to close—with C-suite stakeholders and clinical leaders

Leverage GPO Expertise

  • Navigate healthcare Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) to accelerate market access
  • Build relationships with GPO representatives and use contract vehicles strategically

Grow Strategic Accounts

  • Partner with Operations on major client retention efforts and expansions
  • Develop win-back and renewal strategies for multi-site and complex accounts

Be a Brand Ambassador

  • Represent the organization at healthcare conferences and industry events
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in strategic sales for contract services, ideally in hospitals or health systems
  • Experience with healthcare GPOs (Premier, Vizient, HealthTrust, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Track record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Strong communication, executive presence, and storytelling skills
  • Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
