This benefits eligible position is a 1.0 FTE (80 hour/ 2 weeks) on the day shift! As an Oncology Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support and assistance to oncology patients throughout their treatment journey while on service with Fairview Home Infusion. You will serve as a compassionate guide, coordinating various aspects of patient care and ensuring seamless communication between patients, healthcare providers, and support services. This position requires a strong understanding of oncology treatment protocols, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to improving patient outcomes.
